With a passion for fitness and wellness, our journey began in 2009 teaching fitness to our military, expanding into civilian group fitness in 2010, becoming a fitness franchise manager in 2012-17 and in 2018 we expanded our commitment to health by opening our CrossFit Affiliate, where we have since added yoga, group fitness, personal training, holistic health coaching, and kids classes. At our core, we are dedicated to bringing holistic wellness to our community through diverse fitness programs and expert guidance. What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement. CrossFit workouts are challenging but worth the effort. Have you ever picked something up off of the floor? Carried your children? Sat on a chair? Placed items up on a shelf? If so, you’ve done functional movements. In CrossFit we train these movements because this is what our lives demand-whether we practice them or not. They are essential to independent living. And when we use these movements to move large loads over long distances, quickly, we develop power, which in turn develops tremendous strength and body control. Giving us the best quality of life and a long health span!

-Is it right for you?

We differ by degree not kind. Yes CrossFit is a high intensity workout but this doesn’t mean one persons intensity level is the same as another persons. No matter what you’re looking for from workouts-feeling better, looking better, sleeping better, being stronger-intensity is the most effective way to get you there. In CrossFit, we focus on moving well with consistency, and then we work on increasing intensity. But a workout that’s intense for one person may not be for another. Intensity is relative, which means the goal is to work hard within the limits of your won physical and psychological capacity, because that’s where the results are. If your’e working hard at your own level, chances are pretty high that you’re getting fitter.

We understand that CrossFit can be intimidating to some and that the time frame may not work for you. This is a class geared towards our mature community members (55+ years and older) This class is to ease you into your fitness journey and to help you feel comfortable and motivated under the expertise of one of our qualified coaches. Where you will be guided safely and effectively, we work well with injuries, hip & knee replacements, joint issues and many more. Come try out a class and see if it is the right fit for you.


Group Fitness

Group fitness classes offer diverse workouts led by instructors, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises in a motivating and social environment. Join for fun and effective workouts with a supportive community to help you reach your fitness goals.

Personal Training

Personal training is a tailored fitness program with a professional trainer to help you reach your fitness goals through customized workouts, professional coaching, motivation and guidance.

Holistic Heatlh Coaching

Holistic Heatlh Coaching focuses on improving overall well-being by considering all aspects of a persons life, not just their physical health. Your coach will coach your bio-individual needs. A holistic health coach helps clients set and achieve health goals by addressing lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep and emotional and mental wellbeing. Through personalized support and guidance, holistic health coaching aims to create sustainable, balanced, and healthy lifestyle habits for long-term wellness & wellbeing. This is a great way to take your life to a whole new level.

Yin Yoga & Meditation Class

In this class you will experience deep relaxation and tranquility. Combining gentle yin yoga poses with mindfulness meditation, this class focuses on stretching, releasing tension, and calming the mind.
