Class Description

  • CrossFit is a group fitness class that uses functional movement in each class. You can expect to do something a little different every single day so there isn’t room to get bored with your routine. These workouts are constantly varied and a ton of fun! CrossFit is for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you are an advanced athlete or 80+ years old and have never worked out a day in your life. CrossFit is for you. In every class you will have a certified CF-L1 or CF-L2 coach to ensure your safety and to make sure you are moving correctly.

  • Tabata is a fantastic 45 minute group fitness class. This is an interval style approach to group fitness. A certified fitness group fitness instructor will help you every step of the way. This class is for all levels!

  • Legends If you are new to working out this may be the perfect class for you! This is geared towards our 55+ years and older population but that doesn’t mean you can’t join if this feels like the right class for you. In this class we go over the basics of strength training and hit all modalities of fitness. You will be led by a highly certified health & Wellness Instructor. It’s a great way to step out of your comfort zone and try something new! We will help you every step of the way!

  • Yin Yoga & Meditation Class. This is a great way to work on your flexibility and manfulness. In this 30 minute class we hold longer yin poses (1-3 minute poses) relaxing into each hold getting a deeper stretch to work on relaxation and mobility. At the end of our 20 minute Yin Yoga you will be guided through a 10 minute meditation.

  • Holistic Health Coaching with Nina Marie Holistic Health Coaching. Beaver CrossFit & Wellness has partnered up with Nina Marie to offer a more holistic approach to health & wellness. Holistic Health Coaching is a great way to see yourself in a different light.
